When he disappeared everyone though it was weird … you know in an internet sort of way. After all, he was the author of Annabel Scheme and for a time, just about everyone was a part of The Committee to Find and Rescue Annabel Scheme. Now, of course, all those who were truly devastated by the disappearance are long gone — except me.
I’m still here by virtue of every illegal life enhancement known to man. To tell the truth, I guess I am now nearly more Hu than simply borg. But, I would have done anything to stick around. Given time, I was sure we would find out how the German anomaly caused the disappearance of that small group in Berlin on December 31, 2012. I was sure we would eventually know where they are. Never happened. And now it really doesn’t matter. I have all the information I need and I am tired of fighting detection.
I finally got ahold of an old brain picker. Of course, they are illegal and can mess up your mind and a lot of other things. I waited for decades to find a reliable one. Had to search through some gruesome stuff but I found what I was looking for … an image flashed for an instant in a mirror in 2022. Sort of a “did I really see that” kind of thing. But, I assure you, it was no hallucination. He was there, not here but there — alive and well.
